What we Do

Employing a full-time Sales Development Manager – someone who is constantly generating new business contacts and managing existing relationships – is a luxury not every business can afford. Pipeline Business Generation offers a unique new solution to this predicament by enabling our clients to enjoy all the rewards of employing a full time sales person but on a part-time basis without the inherent costs and issues of employment.

 

How it works

  1. A Sales Development Manager is dedicated to you and your business. We will consult with you and agree your businesses requirements and the kinds of businesses you should be contacting.
  2. Data will be sourced. It may be that you have an existing database or indeed leads comprising business cards and contacts you have picked-up on your travels. If not, we will carefully select the best possible targets for us to approach and then source these contacts for you.
  3. An intensive telemarketing campaign is undertaken. Your Business Development Manager will begin contacting and pitching all the businesses we have selected. Ongoing, this becomes a mixture of new calls and managing the call-backs from previous conversations.
  4. Ongoing management of the relationship with those contacts. Reaching a prospect for a second time can difficult – they might be in a meeting, out of the office, or perhaps even parrying your calls? For this reason your Sales Development Manager will regularly ring back any warm prospects, managing that relationship into the future until such time as they have been reached and a final decision made.
  5. Transparent ongoing diary of all the work we do is kept. We encourage you, as near as possible, to treat your Sales Development Manager as though they were based in your office, full time. You are free to provide any new leads you wish them to add to the database or request an update on a particular lead for example. A diary of all work will be kept and please ring us any time to discuss the ongoing success of your campaign.
  6. The lead is referred to you. Once a prospect has shown sufficient interest and wishes to pursue the relationship, we will then refer that person to you. A meeting can often take several hours to attend and may prove unqualified. That time is costly, therefore our staff are not paid to obtain appointments on any pretext, but instead will make a judgement and if at first a conversation will suffice, then this is what we will arrange.
